Come Home Stay Home Corporation
Supporting Successful Reentry, Building Stronger Communities
Helping People Come Home Stronger
Come Home Stay Home Corporation is a reentry-focused nonprofit committed to helping individuals successfully transition back into their communities after incarceration. Founded with a clear and compassionate mission, our organization connects returning citizens with essential resources, supportive services, and trusted guidance designed to address the challenges that can come with rebuilding life after prison.
Our approach is comprehensive and peer-driven, recognizing that successful reentry takes more than a single service—it takes connection, accountability, opportunity, and consistent support. From accessing benefits and finding housing to pursuing employment, education, mental health services, and personal mentorship, Come Home Stay Home helps individuals create a foundation for stability, independence, and long-term success.
Our Services
Essential Reentry Support
We help individuals access critical resources such as SNAP and Medicaid enrollment, housing assistance and referrals, and connections to mental health and psychiatric services. By helping address immediate needs, we create a stronger foundation for successful community reintegration.
Employment & Career Development
We connect participants with employment opportunities, workforce development resources, CDL training, trade schools, and other pathways toward meaningful careers. Our goal is to help individuals develop marketable skills and secure opportunities that support long-term financial stability and independence.
Peer Support & Mentorship
Through peer support, Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) services, mentorship, and weekly accountability check-ins, participants receive consistent encouragement from people who understand the reentry journey. We help individuals stay connected, accountable, and focused on their goals as they build a life beyond incarceration.
